Chicken Kiev is amazing

Y'all, T came home earlier than expected (bless him!) so I finished up supper while he finished up bedtime. We had a 10 minute dinner together before I left for my meeting (a very good meeting), but it was totally worth rushing to indulge in this treat. Seriously, y'all, is your mouth watering? Although I told you this dish is a labor of love, it took even longer than I was expecting. Again, totally worth it but never make just two, as I erroneously did tonight. My hot toddy (so medicinal) and I are now off to bed.
