Em-i-lis Inspired
/Well, I gotta say, all this was yummy. T grilled the steaks while I concocted the potato-tomato-avocado side dish idea I'd been toying with as well as a peach-apricot-hazelnut tart. I wanted both to be full of flavor yet summery (think: light) and I think they both succeeded.
I'll post both recipes soon; both were simple but did require multiple steps and cooling time. With dinner, we enjoyed a 2010 Muga Rosé; their Reserve Rioja is terrific, and my mom recently mentioned the Rosado. It's lovely and a steal at $10.99 (at MacArthur).
