Off to Chicago, interesting bit from the Science Times

We're about to head to Chicago- dinner reservations at North Pond tonight and brunch at The Publican tomorrow. Then the wedding, brunch on Sunday and home. Aah. It should be a lovely weekend, and when not eating or dancing, I intend to be in bed! Did you see this interesting article on food pairings in yesterday's NY Times Science section?
