As promised, I've just posted the recipe (under Salads and Sides) for Nancy Silverton's fabulous Roasted Beets with Horseradish Vinaigrette. Here's a picture of it just to get you licking your chops!
This actually tasted really good, and I'm glad I took a deep breath and jumped in- the onions (Nancy Silverton's caramelized shallots recipe) were divine and they and blue are such a lovely team. Massive glass of seltzer alongside- amen for my SodaStream!
