Community Questions: Main Dish Recipes for Passover
/Question/Tip from Annie: i am wondering if you have any main dish recipes that you would say are good for a crowd for passover (think 20 not including children!) and require minimal preparation. ha!!! trying to avoid brisket. have done brisket, cornish hens, and various types of chicken in the past.
Answer: What would you think of serving Corned Beef and Cabbage (due to Passover's relative proximity to St. Patrick's Day this year?) or a Short Rib Ragu? I love these recipes:
