Yield: 2 cocktails

Ingredients:

3 ounces Aperol
4 ounces Prosecco or Champagne
splash of seltzer
a dash of orange juice, if you'd like
lemon or orange twist for garnish

Instructions:

Add the ingredients to a chilled rocks glass, stir, fill with ice and serve. Or, shake all ingredients (minus the garnish) in a shaker and pour into a champagne flute. Garnish and serve.
